Who we are

This website (redsectorsecurity.com) is run by Cygnus Business Services LLC. Dreamline Technology and Red Sector Security are trade names of Cygnus Business Services LLC, and this policy covers all three of our sites: cygnusbrands.com, dreamlinetech.com, and redsectorsecurity.com. We are a US business serving New Hampshire, southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Cygnus Business Services LLC.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, company, email, phone, what you need help with, and your message. The form is provided by Growably, our customer relationship management (CRM) provider, which is built on the GoHighLevel platform. What you submit goes to and is stored in our Growably account.
• Email and phone. If you email or call us directly, we keep your message, your email address or phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• Server logs. Our web host, DreamHost, automatically records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and outside services

This site does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not load fonts or scripts from other companies, with one exception: the contact form on our Contact page loads from Growably. Growably may set cookies or use similar browser storage to show the form and handle what you submit. Links to our sister sites and other websites take you to pages with their own privacy practices.

How we use your information

• To reply to you and set up a conversation.
• To prepare quotes and provide the services you ask for.
• To send occasional updates, but only if you ask for them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not send marketing text messages, and we will not text you for marketing without your consent. We treat details you share about security concerns or incidents as confidential.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business: our CRM (Growably), our web host (DreamHost), and our email provider. They handle your information on our behalf. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details for as long as we need them to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterward for legal, tax, and accounting reasons. Our host keeps server logs for a limited time.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, reputable providers, and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or other sensitive details through the form or by email.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. If you have asked for updates, you can stop them at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing us. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep.

Children

Our sites are for businesses. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
